I actually don't - I always have to ask for references because of it.

And as for the proposal regarding Dropbox, I didn't mean to make it freely accessible but done upon request - that way, you can decide who has access to it or not.

P.S.: Given the usual description, Will's reference photo isn't half-bad. He's not even unassuming.
