Actually you can reduce flatulence of cattle by feeding them a proper diet. Grass or hay instead of corn and alfalfa. That and maybe modifying the microbiome in their stomachs. That would reduce the amount of gas produced during their digestive process.

Also there are non domestic—wild— cattle called orricks. Should we get rid of them too? And what about other ungulates like pigs, sheep and deer? They digest food the same way.
