When I could barely cope 20 years ago it was an easy answer: doing one thing every day. It was a very dark period for me. I've had a few bad episodes since. When I was homeless it was having a place to stay. When I traveled it was NOT missing the train, plane, bus... and having a place to stay.
These days I don't have the exercise/walk goals like I had in Thailand. I have writing goals and chatting/connecting goals.
Basically success these days = getting out of bed.
