Yep, procrastination is a devil, for sure! The biggest problem with fixing it is you have to do stuff to fix it. lol It's like telling a blind man to read the instructions on how to read braille. Yeah, well, if he could, he wouldn't need it. lol

I'm glad you have some CBT-style workbooks. I should get some, you know, when I'm in a moment of delirium and think I'll use them. Hahaha!
