I garden, I paint, I read, and I consider swimming to be alone time because I completely zone out even if it's busy.

What drives my husband crazy is I can sit and think. Not talking about it, not making notes, not have any actionable items. Just sit quietly and think about stuff. My backyard garden is a lovely spot early in the morning before everyone starts mowing their lawns (which seems to be how this entire neighborhood spends their alone time lol).
