I listen to loads of podcasts dealing with a wide range of subjects. My favourite has to be the Unauthorized History of the Pacific War Podcast, which is the most comprehensive and accurate historical account in existence and not everyone's cup of tea, therefore, but I like it so much that it forms part of my weekly schedule. Tuesday mornings, breakfast time, is the highlight of my week and I don't know what I will do when they reach the end. We've just done Okinawa so there's not much left. As for the others, I let YouTube present me with whatever pops up on the day. Mostly political, especially in election seasons, but there are some very good ones in other areas too. Itchy Boots springs to mind - a Dutch lady riding through all the continents and around the world on a motorbike, but there are so many others that I won't bore you with their titles. Take a look at Itchy Boots. Oh, and don't miss Leon the Lobster - the documented history of a lobster rescued from a supermarket and raised in a large aquarium. Huge following, bumper stickers, T-shirts, the lot. |
