Okay, no, Earl Grey is not my favorite, though it (along with other black teas) comes close. My favorite is an obscure brick of fermented leaves that I have to order from China and brew in a teapot. It has the unfortunate name of pu-erh, which I always hesitate to say in front of English speakers.
Oh, and I take my tea strong and unadorned.
