Writing:
Write 750 words a day - I don't think I made it to 5250 words.
I did my Morning Pages each day and asked for guidance as needed.
I tried to do my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes most days.
Do a contest entries for WDC and a short story for The Bradbury. Not yet.
Do reviews for four poems on Deadlines for Writers - Not yet.
Work on various projects - poetry, short story and novel.
Continue doing Camp KindaNaNo. I have written almost 9K of words... a mishmash of poetry, novel and other story parts.
I am doing a version of Escapril.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection - able to do each morning.
Tues. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection

Thurs. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection.

Continue working through Beth Kempton's Substack workshop
Did a free Draft2Digital.com Print Day conference - on Youtube.
Reading:
Goodreads 2025 Reading Challenge: 30 books. Read 10 books so far.
I am doing Rachel's Reading Room Challenge again this year.
Work:
Be prepared to supply each day. I worked 2 half days this 4 week.
Work through online training that still needs to be completed.
Health:
6K steps a day
Meditation - most days morning and night.
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day.

Body Groove - Elevate Your Fitness - Week # 7 - Speed - I hurt my knee dancing on Friday. I took it easier. I did 3 Therapeutic sessions on Saturday and took it easy dancing on Sunday.
No eating after 8 pm. Struggled with this a bit.
No screen time after online meditation or 9 pm. Struggled with this.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm. I am trying to get to this. Most days its closer to 11:30 pm, but that is better than before.
Other:
Take out Green and Blue Recycling bins.

Take an Artist Date. On Monday I went to Starbucks to write for a few hours after working in the afternoon.
Getting my Online presence back.
Taxes: for myself and my mother. I checked to see if taxes are done - they were not yet. Pickup when ready.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.)
Make appointment with her Cardiologist.
Get the rest of the POA stuff to the proper places.
Get her to do her activities to have her urine tested and return the samples to the lab.
