Yes, the size works the same way.

Basically some WritngML features (that's the icon bar at the top of most text windows) require a before and after command; other features, such as the Indent and adding spaces, only require the before command. You can find information about how to use each feature here: https://www.writing.com/main/tools/action/writingml

Just click on the feature you wish to learn. It will show you HOW to use it and WHAT it looks like after using it.
