With the AI thing (mostly) settled, and so does the original question, I want to expand the second point's scope a bit wider.

What would happen if Will, holding the Libra, were to work on a national newspaper? Or, by some shenanigans, was the editor-in-chief of a national newspaper? I'm saying this because it's the potential power to manipulate public opinion with the extra power of creating situations that may steer that opinion into "fact". For example, Will switching from his editorial spot to one of the journalists in order to replace an interviewed world leader (probably a hated one) and then manipulate things to destabilize that country. Because of the loyalty of golems and the near-perfect impersonation, no one would be the wiser.

This might be more of a Wandering Stars story (well beyond the scope of BoM), but I still find it as interesting as the school newspaper/podcast idea. Again, it's an idea that has been going around, and while BoM could deal with the smaller-scope of school politics, TWS would handle the larger implications of press as the "fourth power".
