My cooking has to be delicious (a challenge after COVID19).
I no longer shoot rifle, pistol, shotgun, or bow, nor handload ammunition, so that near-perfection is no longer required.
No matter how much I edit and wordsmith, my writing will not be perfect.
I expect perfection when hand sharpening my knife collection (mostly carbon steel), using a diamond stone or steel to begin, then polishing the edge with a synthetic sapphire (equivalent to 14,000 grit) as/whenever needed. (I DO NOT own a butcher's steel.)
