I just read THE SKYDIVERS, after seeing it mentioned by the author, Chris Bohjalian [and if he is not yet one of your Must-Reads, Change That Now!]. THE SKYDIVERS is a short (49 pages) entry in Amazon's ALIBIS COLLECTION (all on KU). Short, but with the powerful impact of a rocket launcher. This one's going to keep me up at Night, pondering. It's stunning--glorious--horrifying. It rendered me speechless. Read it!
