"What activity would you be willing to try that's out of your comfort zone? Being Retired now, I have plenty of time to look at life in general. I have left my Comfort Zone many times during my Career(s), especially during my last career at Motorola. Now I have to discover something new, outside of my Comfort Zone. I'll stick to writing on this comment. I'm comfortable with almost any Genre, but I've stopped at the LGBTQ genre (or whatever it's called today). That lifestyle isn't something I have any experience with, nor is it something I wish to experience. If I haven't experienced it, I find it difficult to write about. Why? Because I'm uninformed about it, have no idea what is correct in writing about it. So I don't write anything of that genre. What I'd love to write is a GOOD Horror story. I've tried in the past and failed miserably. Any horror story I write seems (at least to me) to fall short of being something that will really scare you.
