It's definitely been suggested and discussed. The problem is most people just wouldn't give a rating unless it could be a 5.0. In such a case, we really might as well just get rid of the rating concept completely. Who are the people who are going to be the meanies by giving a 3.0 when they could have given no rating at all? *Wink* A small change like that would have rather profound consequences and more go down the road of "do we need ratings at all"... a road upon which I'm not currently traveling, albeit acknowledging that such a road may exist.

As it is, folks could always just send a private email in the case where they don't feel they can honestly put together both a review and a rating...
