Possible, so long as it is set in a world that contains the characters from Zootopia and The Bad Guys meeting each other in some manner.

So, you and your dog's persona might be more of a minor character interaction in the background - perhaps at a café, acting as the Decoy Protagonists, before the situation shifts to the main ones.
