The young men I know are my son and his friends.

My son watches a bit of terrestrial TV, some physical media and YouTube. He reads physical books, uses Spotify and physical music media. He goes through a lot of online reading stuff for uni. He's pulled way back on social media since leaving high school. He doesn't game as much online, but plays IRL D&D (3.5) and Magic: The Gathering with his mates a bit. And he does live music a fair bit.
