I don't get any of them "live" anymore, but I too enjoy your Top 3.
1) My wife went into labor with our first daughter after getting most of the way through a book of Garfield comics. All that laughing was apparently a great inducer.
2) One of my favorite Bloom County strips had Opus and Bill sitting on a park bench and stuffing their faces with junk food. They get ranted at by a very fit-looking jogger. Said jogger almost makes it over a nearby hill before getting zapped by a lightning bolt, at which point Opus offers Bill another snack.
3) My dad occasionally sends me Maxine screenshots, which are always good for a chuckle.

A favorite handle overlaying a US Army shoulder patch I proudly wore for many years.
