Remember when we just had to live with not knowing? Or we had to go to the library and spend hours looking up the info we needed? My family finally got a set of encyclopedias, and I spent hours reading entry after entry.

I absolutely love this age of technology where info is available at our fingertips 24/7. It does take some effort and critical thinking to find the truth sometimes though.

I look up stuff all the time. I LOVE to learn new things. But to your question for stories yes I look stuff up if I don't know it. I was writing a little short piece today set in Costa Rica where I've never been so I looked up quite a few facts about CR. I never want someone to read my work and think "Well she's full of crap!" My opinions maybe but not my facts. :D
