I've been dealing with the same problem of getting myself to add or continue some stories, and even far longer than you. I've got several started, but haven't been able to push myself to keep going. Maybe I should go ahead and put out a one-off and see if it inspires me for more or if anyone wants to take a shot of adding from it. This is suppose to be an Interactive. Have we put too much reliance on a single author per storyline? That's a lot of work.
I don't think it's BoM. There's lots of unfinished stories hanging out that offer good possibilities. I've been lazy waiting for Seuzz and others to entertain me. Of course, this doesn't help. Can we get our enthusiasm back and find dedicated time without distraction to pursue the stories we've started?
Would it be worth it to do a round-robin and are we willing to let the story go wherever the next person points it rather than control everything that happens to the end?
Or do we dump it into an AI to keep chapters coming!jk
