Welcome to Writing.Com, Kenny Author Icon. You say the last four years are a blur. Can you identify a few specific events that occurred during those last years? Not necessarily chronological, but distinct events that you might expand upon. Perhaps focusing on single items may help break things up and you'll see a way to proceed. Even one event might do the trick. Just a thought ....
