We can learn from the great free verse poets and live outside conventional forms to breathe new life into our words. We can explore inspiration that contributes to this style of poetry. — an attempt to have fun and explore how these styles differ from other poetry, show poetic devices, clues to what’s necessary to discern. DISCLAIMER: I do not intend to be an authority, suggest internet resources to 'I don't know.' Encouragement to take words and plug it into free verse formulas, enrichiung the writing experience. — let the soul's spirit get drunk on (especially coffee) the collection of these constructs, as your advisor, and community (hopefully) friend. Unhid 7/22/25 (you might as well know, since I’m left to fend… 6/25/21 to present: This was an ambitious project for me, legally blind and learning I’ve struggled lifelong with the compulsions as ADHD person/writer, amid throes of renaissance on this website. I was met with unforeseen obstacles after the Wheelbarrow project began. My vision and response for this group had other plans for me. After a break, with time to reassess, this project moves forward, The value of this group relies on me and hopeful participation, lacking insight other WDC members have that inspire this community. I hope to do more, balance with what energizes me. Taking a step back time to time gives better perspective. Allows me to check myself, now that I’m getting a handle on life going forward. I felt this group could grow out of it's love of writing and sharing in this community.
