The shop was a betting shop. It was starting to get packed with people. They weren't hiding from Mary Marvel. They were betting on the who would win in the fight. The odds were 10/1 for Mary Marvel winning. 5/1 for Dr Sivanna's Giant Robot winning and a 7/1 chance of neither of them winning and the city would be destroyed.
Anyway Mary Marvel and the Giant Robot sized each other up. Mary Marvel was slightly taller but really she didn't like that one bit.
"Prepare for your demise Mary Marvel," said Sivana.
"You won't beat me," replied Mary Marvel.
And with that the robot punched her and she went flying to the ground. The odds changed. MM 20/1 DSGR 3/1. She quickly got up and punched him back. MM 15/1 DSGR 6/1.
The fight continues for a few more minute. Each time one of them attacked the other the odds changed. But eventually Dr Sivana's Giant Robot hit Mary Marvel so hard she went flying into a building.
