The salesman looks a little disappointed at your not joining in the fun. His hand reaches inside the costume, and after a little fishing about, he pulls out a couple of tickets.
"The prize isn't these... these costumes... They're just a clue, you and a guest are invited to a show."
You give him an apologetic smile as you accept the tickets.
"The costumes there are truly magical." he added with a smirk.
The confusion must be visible on your face.
"I see that you know such skins are illegal. For a man to masquerade as a woman is a great shame... and well for a woman to feign being a man... that's criminal."
You nod your understanding as he talks.
"Yes. Yes. Yes. And the sultan allows their use in the punishment of criminals." you add.

There wasn't any animal features, or even a generous set of curves. But he fought with a passion and fear, right up until the magic sealed him in the skin.
She was attractive with large innocent eyes, her petite chest probably a B-cup you thought. Her raven hair flowing like a waterfall over her shoulders.
Her slender arms lead down to graceful hands that were holding her throat. Initially you thought she was scrabbling for the release spot. However, at that point one of the guards leaned in and explained.
"She's mute. The skin was designed from his old imagination. His perfect woman, petite, submissive and mute...."

The merchants words bring you back to the present.
"But the crime wasn't the wearing of the suit. It was the deception, a woman disguised as a man would wield more power than she should. And a man disguised as a woman... well her advantages..." his voice trailed off.
He nodded towards the tickets in your hands.
"However, for a play. There are no deceits, no lies. It is only costume." he finishes with a flourish, his arms spread wide.
