A knock at the door. Barnsley glanced up to see the young officer he talked with earlier.
"Come in lad..the doctor here is almost finished with the stitches...right doc?"
T"he doctor nods..laces the thread another couple times and leaves the room.
"So did you find anything?"
The man nods nervously as he hands Barnsley a sheet of paper.

This is what it reads: To the Ranzard gang,
You time is finished. You have risen to power on the bodies of your competitors.
Now you shall rep what you have sewn.
Broly was only the first..to catch your attention.
More will follow him..unless you do as i say.

The leader is to reveal himself one month from now...at the pedestal in front of the community center.
Once there, he will hold up a red flag.
You will then stand still as i put a bullet through your forehead.
If these demands are not met, your people..cop, gangster and citizen alike will die.
One person every 4 hours.

"This is outrageous..the leader would never consent to this!"
Barnsley stood from his hospital bed..his shoulder throbbing in pain.
