Ryley was riding on her bike with the trees and streets around her, heading to a location to find the missing piece of her family's legacy, which had been lost while vacationing on an island. Ryley missed her family and had no one to look after her, her house has been robbed, her education has been disbanded and her money has been lost as well. "Why does life have to be like this," she says to herself. the young lad continues to ride her bike until she stops and stumbles upon something, she uses her military mini-drone she stole to look upon the strumbled object, and the drone sends a notification to her phone revealing a giant footprint from a woman. "it's her," she says to herself, she sees a few footprints on the concrete, some at the forest and more importantly leading it to the city of Houston. The drone takes a screen of the city to inform Ryley that the giant woman is not there. Ryley then makes a move to go to Houston to find the missing piece.
Meanwhile, we cut to a scene where the ground is trembling in Houston, windows showcasing a massive figure passing through, her giant feet creating holes in the abandoned streets, Helen is walking to get a view of the sunlight, and she looks around to find herself Alone forever, "What have I done to myself," she tells to herself sadly looking at herself and the buildings around her. Ryley has arrived in the city with the drone back in her backpack. She makes her way to the entrance walking, Ryley looks around Houston, buildings getting old, streets and small stores have holes created by Helen, and street lights with cars are crushed. Ryley then hears someone crying from the other side, but it isn't a normal person. "Thinking that it was the female titan," she heads toward the sound location, passing through every footprint she ever walked on,
Making shortcuts and analyzing every structure the city has to offer. Ryley then sees Helen crying covering her face, "Why is she sobering," Ryley questions herself. She then makes her way to the building right beside her to find the missing piece.
Entering the building Ryley scribbles some stuffed on the floor until she finds a videotape revealing them to be her family. She's happy that she found but suddenly the structure of the building begins to fall off causing Helen from outside to stop crying and begins sensing a presence. Sniffing and Sniffing, "I smell someone in this city," She hears the giant woman speaking, Ryley takes a look to see this colossal figure walking towards her looking at the focus point on her face and her feet breaking the concrete. Ryley then rushes out through difficult due to the ground trembling, she leaves the building only to be stopped by a giant foot in front of her, Ryley then tries to run but she is easily grabbed by Helen, she rolls herself up refusing to show her identity when her palm arrives in the front of her face, Helen requested the suspect. "little one, I don't know your intentions, but you shouldn't be here, Leave now or face the consequences," she commands. Ryley then stops hiding and reveals herself to Helen.
Helen stumbles at what she sees, Ryley reminds her of her daughter Teresa who looks just like her. Ryley looks at Helen's face reminding her of her mother. "Oh my god, your face reminded me of my daughter," "Your Daughter, you had a family," she questions her. Helen wants to talk with the young women for a bit so she decides to take them to the River of Houston, Ryley hears the tremors below caused by this gigantic middle-aged woman, but she doesn't care. When they arrived, Helen sat down on the grass placing her feet on the river. From there they begin their conversation.
