Two halves, going to the same stomach

Carol, who was laying down on the cake, looked up to see the knife. Susan brought the knife down and cut through Carol's belly button. Carol didn't feel any pain, and she knew Crystal would re-spawn her, yet Carol was still afraid. She had her lower half on one slice of cake and her top was on another piece. Susan took the two pieces to the couch and set them on the table in front of it. Susan waited until Mina and Crystal got their pieces and sat down on the other side of the table. Carol still couldn't talk. All she could do was watch her mom's fork come down and take cake to her mouth. Susan finally got Carol's bottom half and brought it up to her mouth. Carol watched it go in her mouth and disappear, on it's way to her stomach.
"Mm, this Carol meat is just delicious." Susan said, spinning her fork around Carol's top half slowly. "Now for the top half.
"I hope you enjoy it" Crystal said. Carol thought the same thing. Her destination was only a few feet away from her, for a normal sized person. Susan brought her fork down scooped the rest of Carol up. She brought it up to her mouth. Carol got a good look at her mother's stomach, breasts, and when she stopped going higher, her mouth. Susan's giant lips opened up, greeting Carol, and Carol went in. Susan closed her mouth and pulled her fork out, leaving Carol in. Carol slid down her throat and into her stomach she could see her other half. Carol passed out, and woke up
