The intercom goes PSHT "Darvelia, this is your mom i'm gonna save you honey!" a robotic claw reaches out from the speakerphone and pokes him in the eye several times before getting the nickel out.
"Mommmmm whyy can't you just remove it yourself.... *sniff sniff*"
"Because Dear, we're not sure if it's contagious yet!"
