Sold off to a beautiful woman

You hesitate, unsure of what to do. You are hungry, and that sandwich is looking pretty good right now, but you don't know if you can trust Erica. Suddenly, Erica pushes you right up against it.
"Eat it, or I'll eat you!" She says, getting slightly annoyed. This made you listen. You eat quickly, not wanting to make her more upset. However, the sandwich tasted really good, so you didn't mind. Erica just smiles as she watches your belly getting a little bit bigger. While you were distracted, a beautiful woman came in and sat down at the same table the two of you were sitting at. She had long blond hair and blue eyes. She had plump lips and nice teeth. She wore sparkly earrings, a white t-shirt, and a yellow mini skirt.
"Hello, I hope I'm not late. I had an appointment before this." She said. Her voice startled you, causing you to look up at her beautiful face.
"Don't worry. If anything, you are early. I was just feeding him." Erica said.
"Oh thank goodness, where is he?" Erica grabbed you and pulled you up to show you to her. "Wow, he really is small, and cute." The woman gave you a smile. She then pulled out her wallet and wrote a check. "$175. Just like we agreed." Erica grabbed the check and dropped you in the middle of the woman's palm.
"Wait! Please don't leave me!" You pleaded to Erica. She just giggled and got up.
"Sorry bro, you aren't my responsibility anymore." All you could do was watch Erica leave. You then looked up at the smiling woman.
"Don't worry, I'll take good care of you. Probably." Her stomach suddenly rumbled. "Sorry, I haven't eaten yet. I'm Bella by the way."
