The Rosa Sisters - the twin dancers who Link teaches Kamaro's secret technique to. Potential ideas; they gratefully view Link as their master. Maybe devouring him would grant them his secret dancing powers? Or maybe the new dance isn't so popular, and they want some payback.
The Receptionist/Mini-Game Runner - these two I'm bunching together cause they essentially have the same model. The receptionist is a green-haired, tanned girl who works at the Mayor's office. She makes a casual reference that Kafei should break-off his engagement to Anju...Maybe the fact that Link reunited the two made her a bit bitter.
The Mini-Game Operator is the blue-haired, pink bloused girl from the Giant Chest game-house. She refers to Link being cute in some of his forms...I've heard of worse reasons for someone to eat someone else.
