Being a rebel got you no where better

"I know you don't want to be eaten, and that you are a human being that has rights but I really do not care and you being 3 inches tall you should not talk back to the one that controls your life and death." Kate bluntly says. You now realize that she now will show no mercy. " If I say your food, then, Jason, you are food." Kate continues. She grabs you, takes you into the kitchen and sets you on the counter. "Let's see what do I want to eat Jason in?" Kate asks herself.

Kate narrows it down to either a sandwich or a salad. What does she decide to eat you in?
