Makie Sasaki was as happy go lucky as could be, your typical energetic, cheerful teenage girl. She loved to gymnastics very much and spend much of her free time doing so, even at the result of her grades, which are among the worst in her class. But if there was one thing Makie liked more than gymnastics, it was arguably her teacher.
A while ago, Makie was training for a rhythmics contest, but overheard a fellow teacher that she was too childish and didn't take her training seriously. But Negi helped her out in her time of need, and soon she was filled with her energy and pizazz in her performances than she ever was before. Since that day she has taken a shine to Negi, and although not nearly to the same extent Ayaka or Nodoka did, liked him very much.
Our story takes us to the morning of Negi's growth preparations. Makie, going on a morning walk to build up her leg muscles, saw Negi during her walk and screeched to a hault, proceeding right towards the boy until she was right beside him.
"Good morning, Negi-kuuuun", smiled Makie. "How are you today?"
"I'm doing well, Makie-san", Negi smiled back. "Were you on a walk?"
"Yep", Makie smiled back. "But what's with the circle you made in the ground?"
Negi froze still when Makie asked him this. Unlike some of his other students, Makie didn't know that Negi used magic, and he certainly couldn't tell her, less he be turned into an ermine.
"Oh...this? I'm just playing in the dirt", Negi rushed, knowing full well that there was no way Makie would something that kind of crap.
"So you DO do kids stuff from time to time", she simply smiled at her teacher. "So what are you playing?"
"Well, I was "pretending" to make this pebble in this magic circle big..." Negi said before being interrupted, with Makie putting herself in the center of the circle.
"Neg-kun!" Makie smiled. "Could you make me "bigger"? *giggle*"
"Ummm......", Negi hesitated to reply.
"Come on, Negi-kun!" Makie frowned, proceeding to get puppy-dog eyes. "Pllllleeeaasssseeee?"
Negi thought once again of the consequences, but had a hard time resisting his student's puppy-dog eye look. He eventually caved in.
"Alright, Makie-san", Negi sighed. "But promise me you won't tell anyone about this."
"Got it", Makie nodded in reply. Negi then proceeded to lift up his staff vertically in his hands, facing in front of him, and proceeded to chant the incantation. As he chanted it the magic circle around Makie began to glow light blue, including Makie, and a light came from his staff.
"Incresco Tantus!!"
Shortly after, the light disappeared, as did the magic circle.
"Those were some nice lights, Negi-kun", Makie said in awe. "Where did they come from?"
"Umm...flashlights. That's it. Flashlights", Negi responded nervously.
"Oh, Negi-kun, you're so cu..." Makie felt a burning sensation in her stomach all of a sudden, falling to the ground.
"I feel dizzy..." Makie said in a daze, not noticing her increasingly larger body. First her legs grew, followed by her head, arms, hands, and finally her torso. At the end she stood up at a fairly tall height of 15 feet, about three times her normal size, a process that took about 3 minutes. Soon afterwards Makie proceeded to get up and saw Negi below, who barely came up to her skirt. Makie eyes opened wide, and Negi proceeded to cover his head for the fountain of tears that would no doubt come out. Instead, though, he was greeted with a
"YOU'RE SOOOO CUTEE!!" shouted Makie, hugging the much smaller Negi. "This has got to be a dream now!"
"Yeah. A dream, Makie-san", replied Negi, who fake laughed in reply. But what do I do with Makie-san now?
