Bart and the rest of the school had been at the Nuclear plant and it was after they had finished doing the tour that principal Skinner says that since it's 1:30 that the kids can take and look around for a while. Bart and some of the other boys are horsing around and what happens is that Bart had been horsing around on the cooling water outlet pipe and just as he was doing a hand-stand the plant had released the cooling water and Bart fell in.
He climbs out of the pond and goes and tells Skinner that his clothes are soaked because he had been pushed into the pond from behind and then says that he didn't see who it was. Skinner says that since you are at your dads works that you should see if there are any of spare clothes in the car. Bart goes and gets from his backpack the set of car keys he has. He had swiped the keys a couple months ago when Homer had been Drunk and pass out. He didn't find any of his in the front or back seat so he checked the trunk but found that the only thing in the trunk is Maggie's diaper bag and a dress of Lisa. So he told Skinner that he's going to check if his dad can drive him home.
Bart then had asked the guard if he could use the phone to call his dad. The guard said ok and then asked who it is. Bart says Homer Simpson the guard then calls Homer's phone and then and Bart tells homer that he need him to drive him home because he is feeling sick. Homer says ok and then tells Smithers he has a family emergency and he needs to go home.
Homer drove Bart home and Bart then says that he was going up to his room because he was tired what bart didn't know was that when he fell in the pond the radioactivity had started to change him. Bart would find that when he wakes up that he gain the power to
