not so "lone" any more

"Well you see, all the other lions make fun of me. They never seemed to understand what it's like to be like me. No one wants to be near me because, I'm gay." He sighs again.

"What? They make fun of your for that? Thats stupid, you are just fine the way you are." the lion began to smile. "Besides, if they don't like you for who you are, it's their loss. You seem like a wonderful lion." His smile widens, he is practically glowing.

"Y-you really think so?" The lion wipes a tear from his eye. "That's so sweet." he walks up closer to you and places his head in your lap. "Normally I would have eaten you, but you seem like a nice person" he begins to purr "Can you stay the rest of the night with me?"
