Soul Steal?

How about a boy gains the power (whether by an object or ability) to remove the a girl's soul from her body. The body will have the girl's memories, but be under the boy's command. He can make the girl act like she still has her soul. She will speak in monotone and call him master unless he tells her otherwise. He can also possess her body, either by his body turning into a spirit form and entering her body, or by leaving his body. His body will be under the control of his mind, but it will not respond unless told to, and he can't feel what it is feeling. The girl's soul can't be returned. The boy can take souls from an unlimited amount of girls.
