Jezebel looked out of the door into the darkness for a few seconds, sighed unhappily,
then after closing the door headed to the room where Jeremy and his new sister was in.
Tears were flowing thick and fast from Jeremy's eyes onto the baby's blanket. He was sobbing quietly, and the baby was curiously wiping some of Jeremy's tears from his cheek. Jezebel knelt down beside them.
"See how thoughtful she is already, Jeremy? She's wiping your tears away. Unlike your father who only makes you cry," Jezebel said the word 'father' with contempt. When Jeremy only sobbed harder, her expression softened and she continued. "You love your father, even though he always got drunk and beat you, right? Then remember that he left the house because of your sister. If you don't take care of her, and something hurts her, it will be as good as he left for nothing, right?"
