Lauren held both Dennis and their father in her hand at the petshop which was run by a wealthy woman who sold tiny humans as pets. " These are not the best of pets, the old one is well unsellable, not many kids these days want a pet that could die on them and the young one, he is very rude." the woman commented.
" How about I give you these things for free? I just need to get them off my hand if you know what I mean." she said to the woman. The woman, blonde and in her early 40's thought about it for awhile before replying. " Alright, since it is free but I doubt the old man will get any takers.' said the woman.
Lauren dropped Dennis and his father into the hands of the woman who caught them. Lauren said to goodbye to her before leaving the store, possibly the last time Dennis would see his sister. " You will all be staying here until someone buys you." said the woman. It would not be long before Dennis would find himself. The shop was filled with paying customers and all were eyeing the people inside to keep as pets.
