Jen waits for a while before putting her shoes ...

Suddenly you hear a very loud sound that seems to be Jen's voice accompanied by a slight vibration even all the way down here at her feet, "UGH, IS THIS DUMB OLD DOCTOR EVER GOING TO SHOW UP? I MIGHT ASWELL LEAVE NOW AND SAVE MYSELF SOME TIME."
Before you can protest Jen begins her stride towards her shoes reaching them in seconds, you desperately try to unstick yourself from the underside of her toes but the drying sweat has you stuck like glue.
Looking around for some means of escape you notice Jen putting her ankle sock on her other shoe and realise, you are stuck with Jen's colossal sweaty foot for the foreseeable future if you don't get off soon.
Almost as if on cue Jen's fingers expand the opening of her sock and bring it at superhuman speeds towards the foot and by extention you, the entrance of the sock engulfs you and plunges you into darkness, in seconds the sock is fully on and your fate is sealed.

Your world is tilted onto it's side and then up again when Jen begins walking to a bench to put her shoes on, each time making you more and more nauseated, when she finally stops you are on the verge of vomiting but your heart sinks when what little light you had is blocked out by what you know to be Jen's shoe.
After a few seconds the familiar feeling of you being tilted to the side and back returns as you realise that you are on your way to Jen's house likely never to return, you breathe in to sigh but you remember where you are as the the warm thick air reeks of sweat and old cheese, a smell you will soon have to get used to.

Still adjusting to Jen's foot stench you begin to slip free as Jen's feet begin to sweat, your back is soon drenched in the disgusting liquid but it is freeing you nonetheless, you fall off of Jen's foot and land on her brown stained sock obviously not washed for days.
Your celebration is short lived however as suddenly you are faced with a dilemma, Jen is likely to wash her socks at some point so you can't stay on them, you could attempt to get through her disgusting sock to her shoe and go from there, or you could go back and climb the god-like foot and attempt to survive on it for however long it takes for her to take her socks off...
