...and they're still here.

"still breaking in uninvited? even after last time?" you say aloud.

a large man shuffles from behind the closed curtain, arms raised in defeat.

"now now, there's no need for a repeat of last time." he says.

"didnt i warn you?" you say, walking towards him with sword drawn.

"hey! the boss just wants to see you, is all!" the man stammers, backing away from the sword's point.

"why didnt he show up himself?" you ask, suspisious.

"y-you know the rules" he replies matter-of-factly.

you put the tip of your sword to the man's neck.

"let's continue this outside."you say, gesturing towards the door.

"k"

you both step out into the light, the man still being led by your sword.

"now, where were we?" you say.

"oh yes, im not allowed to see the 'boss' untill i complete his little errand, right?"you answer your self.

the man shuddered visibly.

wiping out an entire village was obviously not what he'd consider an 'errand'.

"that's right. but now that you're finished, i'm supposed to take you straight to him." the man replies.

"he would see me after only one job?" you ask, genuinly surprised.

"it seems, you've earned his respect"
"at last, mt life's dream, realized...."
"hey, it's a privalege to get in to see the boss!!"
"im trembling with excitement...."

"you better watch what you say when we get there.you may have the boss's respect, but you're still just a kid.youll get yourself killed mouthin' off to HIM."

you aren't convinced....
