You decide to go downstairs to get back at her

"Hey! What did you DO to me?" You demand.

"Heheh, come on, I needed to do it!"

"Ugh... why?" You ask rolling your eyes.

"Who else would be here to change me?"

Sarah has had a health problem for three years. The family had gotten into a wreck and Sarah didn't buckle her seatbelt. She was the only one who needed to go to the hospital, and she had to have her bladder and bowels surgically removed and replaced with artificial patches. Since then, Sarah has had no control over when she pees or poops, so she was put back into diapers for the rest of her life.

"Aw come on Sarah, you KNOW I'm never gonna change you!" You stamper. "Not even mom or dad like doing it, it's disgust--" You pause, you feel a strange instinct that you've never felt before trigger in your brain. You're suddenly more sympathetic for your sister and her diaper problem, and the thought of not helping her now seems ridiculous.

"Ha ha, it worked!" Sarah says. "You see Bobby... or should I say Bonnie... boys aren't very nice, are they? But now that you're a girl, you'll have no problem changing me, right?"

"N-no... not at all... you're right..." You say in amazement.

"Yey!" Sarah jumps for joy. "I wouldn't know what else to do. Now that Mom and Dad are gonna be gone for so long, who else would be there to--"

"Well you have your little boyfriend, don't you?" You say chuckling.

"Hey, he is NOT my boyfriend! He's my regular friend! And he's helped change me a lot, but he can't be at home all the time."

"Yep, I guess you're right." You smile and give your little sister a hug. Then you say _____
