"I'm tired of hearing you, so let's start with the Mute button. She stabs at the button on the remote, and you suddenly are surrounded by silence. You try to scream but are unable to make a sound. Even pounding on the glass has no effect. She smiles and you hear her say "That's better. Now where to send you?" She clicks the on-screen guide and you turn around to helplessly watch her choices. The large bar showing what she's looking at moves around and the screen flashes a few times before she settles on a choice.
