A smile came across her face at her final stomp.
"I'm going for a long jog home Kira... a really long jog." Her books clicked on the tiled floor as she walked outside. She took a deep breath and looked into the sky. "This ones for my husband." A tear came to her cheek as she ran down the street with a determined look in her eye. Her black boots clicked faster and faster as she ran.
45 minutes later, and she was out of breath. Deciding to take a break at a cafe she regains her posture and sits down with a newspaper. She crossed her legs and began to read the newspaper while waving her dangling foot.
Light felt awful. For 45 minutes he was bounced around her boot, trapped under her sole. He couldn't move, the smell was to strong. He winced as he looked at the pale arch of Naomi as it waggled in the air. He screamed out as he relised he was forgotten.
Naomi turned the page and took another sip of coffee. She sighed at the thought of her husband as she stood up, leaving a tip on the table. She waved good bye and walked down the street back to her house. Her boots stoppedclicking on the cold stone floor as she unlocked her door. Stepping forward into her house and shutting the door behind her.
