Try to "go" as slient as you can

Breathing heavily and tears starting forming in your eyes from the pains you close your eye and embrace defeat. Still hiding behind a door you squat down and grunt sliently.
As you feel the mass inside begin to emerge it's head from your bottom you try to let it out sliently as you can. The mass continue to slide down until it reach the seat of diaper and begin to coil itself causing a large bluge to be appear on it.

But then the problem struck you as.....
