"Where am I??" Elenora thought as she looked around her surroundings. She seemed to be in a deep forest. There were many tall, old, trees towering her as the sound of birds chirping and flying about. She appeared to be in the center of many elder trees surrounding her.
"How did I get here?" She said to herself as she stood up. She found she still had her backpack with her wooden katana. She dusted herself off as she saw the tome in front of her. Picking it up, she examined it once more.
"I remember a bright light that was coming from you... So where did you bring me? Am I even on Earth?" She yelled at the book but it did not answer. She opened the tome to see nothing but blank pages..
"Oh great! Just what I need a tome with empty pages.." She pouted. Taking out one of her kimono belts, she tied the tome to her backpack. Hoisting her backpack, she tried to find out where she was..
"Hope there are people here... Where ever here is." She said to herself as she left the circle of trees. She couldn't find a path to follow. Just aimlessly wandering for an exit in this forest. She took time to eat one of sandwiches and drink some water where she rested on a large root of an old tree.
"This sucks. I've been moving about an hour or so and still can't find an exit." She sighed just then something happened..
