Her feet become longer.

Sami felt her feet fall asleep again. She paid no mind to this as she was talking to Bill. As they continued to talk her feet were expanding, her toes began to hang off the fronts of her sandals. The sides of her feet were hanging off as her feet grew to a size 12.
