“Mom! Dad! This isn’t what it looks like! I don’t know what happened! I-“

They remained unphased, “Jo...are you getting ready for cheerleading practice?”

“No! I’m not! I swear!”

“Well, you better start moving! You don’t want to be late!” John’s mom said.

“Chop chop, sweetheart!” His dad said, “we need to get out of here in ten minutes! No excuses!”

They left Johns room and closed the door behind them, leaving John to mull over the ridiculous outfit he was wearing and his parents response.

He fell onto the bed and still stared with confusion at his outfit, “I’m...I’m a cheerleader now...?”
