As much as you like your mom being a teenager again, you decided to change her back. You're not sure how the rest of the world would accept this version of her. Did you change reality? Or was your mom the only one who believed that she was supposed to be a 17-year old girl? Given her reaction to your transformed sister a little while ago, though, it was pretty clear that reality probably didn't change. And if your dad saw your younger mom, he might freak out about it, which was something you wanted to avoid.
So with that, you returned her to normal. But then you beautified her a bit. Nothing really noticeable, but just an overall subtle improvement on her looks. And you also gave her the motivation to keep herself fit through daily exercise and dieting. But you made sure that if anyone questions her about that, she'll tell them that she just decided to do it recently.
There, that was much better. A mom you could be proud of having.
That thought gave you a pang of sadness, though. Jane wasn't your biological mother. And she wasn't Jenn's biological mother either, although she was the real mother of your 12-year old brother Dan. Your real mom died about two years after you were born, at the age of 23, so you never really got to know her. But Jenn still had memories of her, even though she was only 4 years old when she died. Anyway, sometime after that, your dad got re-married to Jane. And even though Jane was technically your stepmother, you don't think of her that way. But you have to wonder what your biological mother Tamara was like. When she gave birth to Jenn, she was in college and your father was in his senior year in high school. After graduating, your dad married her, then about two years later, you were born. But what kind of person was Tamara? What was she like?
Maybe you could use your power to find out. If she were still alive, she'd be 38 years old right now, four years older than Jane.
