Joe decided that the park would be the place, that way if anything happens, he wouldn't draw attention to himself. After a brief couple minutes of walking, Joe made it to the park. It was quite lively today but not at all hectic, so he chose a bench nearby the entrance; in case it doesn't work and he could head home. There was a few groups of people that catches Joe's eye:
There was the decently sized playground with various age groups of kids; innocent fun to help a kid or two.
The gazebo had a few teenagers hanging inside and around it; maybe messing with them would be entertaining.
Lastly, just looking around the area, he could see other people sitting on benches or walking along; Joe would have to get up to investigate further options.
