This choice: A chubby Crystal, who has a slight eating problem • Go Back...Chapter #5A growing Crystal by: Unknown Crystal huffed through the streets, trying to keep up her pace. It was harder then she remembered to even manage a jog. It didn't help that Crystal's center weight was pretty far forward. It was that way thanks to two well-sized breasts, ones that had likely outgrown the C-cup she had them stuffed into under her red shirt, as well as a noticeable paunch that refused to submit to her shirt, and was barely kept under the waistband of her black shorts either. She wasn't that big a girl, not all around, whatever the slight wobble to her rear end said. But it was clear that she didn't leave a meal unfinished, or without a second course at that.
That had been the problem. Crystal wouldn't start the day without a proper breakfast, whatever her mother told her about watching her weight. A proper breakfast, naturally, consisted of at least three platefuls of eggs and bacon, and a good few helpings of toast besides. It hadn't always been as such. Not so long ago, Crystal could barely stomach a second piece of toast with breakfast. But, while she maintained a strong exterior, her parents divorce had not been easy on her. While her mother was too embroiled in custody battles and dealing with her own issues, the only one who had been there for Crystal had been food. At the least, helping upon helping of sugary or fatty foods left her with an odd sense of peace; at most her big meals lulled her to sleep at night when nothing else would. And as she ate fully, her stomach had gotten used to such binges that each time she had to push herself further to achieve the same near-painful fullness. The results were more than the obvious; Crystal could more than out-eat anyone else her size, such binges being a matter of course. It was also the reason she had put on thirty pounds in the space of a couple months, bumping her up the scale from 'just-underweight' to definitely chubby.
In any case, meals came first in Crystal, and meals took time. So much time, in fact, she was now well and truly late to meet with Professor Elm. Pokemon training had been her mother's idea, but Crystal hadn't disagreed. Even she knew that moping around the house for eternity wasn't doing her any good. A change of scenery was a tried-and-true method of beating the blues, and Crystal was more than a little lonely in this backwater little town. She used to be outgoing, but that spunk had withered, with the move (staying in her old home had been 'too painful' for her mother) and subsequent isolation. So much so that Crystal was positively nervous as she finally reached the Professor's lab. She made sure every loose strand of her blueberry-blue hair was tied back in her twin tails, and tried to straighten her white mini-jacket. It hadn't originally been a mini-jacket, but Crystal would have had to stop breathing to force the buttons across her burgeoning bosom.
