Chapter #5

The changes begin

    by: Ryan Author IconMail Icon
Every hair on your entire body, including those on your head, stand on end, rigid as stone, which felt very uncomfortable on your balls. Then, slowly, one by one at first and then a waterfall of them, each hair fell out, leaving you completely hairless except for the hair on your head, your eyelashes and eyebrows.

Your eyes were wide, as you stared down at your now hairless arms, what Tina was doing to you finally sinking in.
"Why, Tina?" you asked, your voice small even though you were taller than you "I thought we were friends, why would you do something like this?"
Tina's eyes watered.
"I-I didn't think there was another way. I didn't think I'd get the job if I didn't have an older sister to bring. I was worried about my modeling prospects if I bungled my first ever job."
"Kidnapping me and flying me to another country isn't the answer, Tina," you said, coughing slightly as you said it. As you continued speaking, your voice slowly raised in pitch "Did you ever think about maybe asking me? Now everyone is going to expect you to bring your sister when you audition? This isn't just going to be a one time thing."
"I didn't think-"
"You didn't think," you said "That's apparent."

Tina was trying now, seeming to realize what she'd done.
"You're right, I'm so sorry *your name*, everything happened so fast, and I panicked. I should have considered your feelings."
You patted the bed next to you, failing to notice that your hands were smaller than they had been a moment before.
"Listen," you said "I'll forgive you if you'll just cancel the interview, and change me back. You're better getting a modeling job honestly rather than by deceit."
Tina sat down, tears flowing down her cheeks at this point. "I'm sorry, but there isn't a cancel command on the nanites. They'll keep going until you're my older sister in all but blood. As for the modeling job, I can cancel it, but we're already deep in it now. It'll pay out double what you paid for your trip to Europe, including all expenses, and that's for each of us. I promise I'll do whatever you want to make it up to you. Anything you want, name it."
