Well this was just great no more then a few weeks after Souji’s departure Rise had been invited to a party by one of her fellow classmates, it was obvious that the party maker was doing her best to get in the good graces of anyone of notable worth due to the party having a rule of “only the popular invited”.
Ugh so shallow Rise nearly snickered at the thought, sure she was a currently-on-hiatus pop idol but she wasn’t that obsessed with what people thought of her…at least not anymore not since coming home to Inaba as well as dealing with her shadow...
Regardless she was rather upset that if her beloved Sempai were here she could have doubled the party as a date between her and Souji. Unfortunately to her dismay the boy wasn’t here leading to her being a bit disappointed and moody at the whole thing.
Thinking it over however Rise suddenly got an idea, pulling out her phone she called up her Sempai. She let out a sigh of relief after he had picked up leading the two of them to chat idly away with one another.
The boy told her of his disappointment at not being able to take her to the party (Rise not mentioning that she’d see it as a date) but was able to cheer her up somewhat by stating that the Rise he knew would still go and still find a way to have a good time even if he wasn’t there.
Rise thought it over and figured that he was right she was fun-loving enough that she could definitely find a way to enjoy herself. She thanked the boy just before he added in that maybe she could take someone else from their close net of friends (Yukiko would surely classify). Once again she found herself agreeing with him, thanking Souji one last time their conversation soon ended and with new resolve Rise headed out wondering how she should prepare for the party…
Walking around the small town she came to the conclusion that she needed a new party dress something that would just scream AWESOME, since ironically enough she wasn’t allowed to keep the various clothing she was asked to model back during her idol days.
The fine print gets ya every time she thought to herself amusingly.
Of course she had a little bit of help as far as that matter went since somehow she had managed to rope two others to come along with her…
